Mr. Andy Anderson is the appraiser primarily responsible for all quality control and work products.
Mr. Anderson has completed the training through the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and has received the SR/WA designation and R/W-AC designation.
The IRWA is the only recognized body, which specializes in right of way training and aspects of this unique field. Mr. Anderson is 1 of only 29 individuals in the United States who has received the training and completed the requirements for the Appraisal Certification Designation. He presently serves as a Member at Large on the National Valuation Committee. Mr. Anderson is the only appraiser in the state of Georgia who holds the R/W-AC designation.
Mr. Anderson also holds the SR/WA designation. This designation is awarded to individuals who have completed numerous course work and exams and have over 5 years in experience in the right of way filed. He is one of only a few appraisers who have completed this comprehension designation.
In addition to the right of way designations, Mr. Anderson is also a Certified member of the Commercial Real Estate Institute. The CCIM designation is one the highest designation that can be conferred in the area of commercial real estate. Mr. Anderson is pursuing his designation with the Appraisal Institute and is presently a MAI Associate.
Mr. Anderson also is a licensed real estate Broker in the State of Georgia.
With these combinations of professional designations and experience, Mr. Anderson is uniquely qualified to handle a multitude of real estate situations.
